Travel Transit Manager is a personal web app for people who travel often. It collects your bookings, follows each trip until you arrive, and tells you when something changes.
What it does
Bookings in one list
Forward your booking confirmation emails to your personal import address. Each trip is added automatically, with its legs, seats and fares.
Live trip status
See whether each leg of your trip is on time, delayed or cancelled. You get an email when a delay or schedule change affects one of your trips.
Seat alerts
See where your seat is. You can choose to be told when the seats next to yours fill up before you depart.
Receipts and history
Print a one-page receipt for any trip. A change history shows how each booking's fare, seat or schedule changed over time.
Calendar invites
If you choose to, connect your Google Calendar. The app then adds your trips as events and invites the people you pick, such as a colleague or a family member.
Private by design
Each account's trips are kept separate. Your data is never sold, never used for advertising and never shared beyond what a feature needs.
How Travel Transit Manager uses Google
Travel Transit Manager asks for access to your Google account in two places, each for one purpose:
- Sign in with Google (your name, email address and profile picture). This signs you in to your account. Your email address is also where trip notifications go.
- Google Calendar (optional, events only). After you connect your calendar, the app creates, updates and removes the events for your upcoming trips, and invites the guests you choose. It does not read, change or delete any other events in your calendar.
Travel Transit Manager's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. The Privacy Policy gives the full details.
Who it's for
Travel Transit Manager is an independent personal project run at moudle.net. Access is by invitation, and you sign in with your Google account. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or operated by any travel provider.
